Account Executive – IT Solutions & Services

Position Overview

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding Aki InfoTech’s footprint in the IT solutions and staffing market. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong business development skills, the ability to understand client needs, and the capability to present value-driven technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  2. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within enterprise clients, mid-sized companies, and startups.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business needs and propose relevant IT solutions and staffing services.
  4. Collaborate with the delivery and technical teams to create proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), and pricing models.
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client presentations, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  6. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
  7. Stay updated on AI, cloud computing, ERP, and IT staffing trends to position Aki InfoTech as a trusted advisor.
  8. Represent Aki InfoTech at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT consulting, software, or staffing industry.
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, SaaS, AI, cloud, or IT staffing services.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients in North America.
  2. Knowledge of AI solutions, cloud services, and IT staffing models.
  3. Existing client network in the IT consulting or staffing industry.

Salary & Compensation

💰 Base Salary: CAD $70,000 – $90,000/year (based on experience)

💸 Commission & Bonus: Uncapped commission structure with OTE (On-Target Earnings) up to $120,000 – $150,000/year.
